In this article Thumbtack, an online marketplace that connects buyers with a vast range of professionals, surveyed nearly 18,000 small businesses in 95 cities across all 50 states in order to rank the top cities for small businesses.
To achieve the overall city grade, Thumbtack asked the small business owners to rank their city in 36 different categories.
Here are the top 10 cities in America for small businesses, according to the survey results, along with their grades in five of the 36 categories found to be key to providing happiness and success.
